This Datavideo DAC-2 digital video converter (NTSC) is in great working order—a few minor scuffs on the top, but it's in good cosmetic shape as well.

The DAC-2 can convert from Y.U.V. (component input for broadcasting) to DV or the other way around--it's completely bi-directional. It also has an additional composite sync input and output for gen-locking of your video sources. As well, it features a composite input/output, S-video input/output, and stereo audio input/output for converting analog audio/video to DV.

The power adapter and a copy of the installation guide are also included.
