Alle Lagerspiele sowie das Zahnflankenspiel wurden kontrolliert bzw. sind korrekt eingestellt worden.Gutes Tragbild und keine Geräusche!
Lager und Sperrlamellen sind in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand. Falls gewünscht können die Lager aber gerne gegen neue ersetzt werden (Aufpreis 120€)
Gehäuse ist rostfrei, neu lackiert und alle Dichtringe wurden erneuert.

- 40%/40% Sperre mit 4 Lamellen und 30°/30° Rampenwinkel (100€). 40% Sperre ist ein MUSS für den schnellen Straßenfahrer bzw. für Trackdays
- 40%/15% Sperre mit 4 Lamellen und assymetrischen 30° Zug/60° Schub Rampenwinkel (100€). Gutes Setup für feuchte Straßen. Leichte Schub Sperre ist gerade für etwas unerfahrene Fahrer gut fahrbar. Weiterer Vorteil ist ein weniger übersteuerndes Verhalten im Kurvenscheitelpunkt.
- 50%/50% Sperre mit 8 Lamellen und 45°/45° Rampenwinkel (190€). 8 Lamellenpaket bietet größere Zuverlässigkeit. Eine gute, langlebige Sperre zu einem niedrigen Preis. Ein guter Kompromiss für Motoren mit hohem Drehmoment (M52 2.8 / M52 Turbo / M60 V8 / S50....alles über 300NM)
- 75%/75% Sperre mit 8 Lamellen und 30°/30° Rampenwinkel (280€). Gutes Differential für Rallye und Drift days. Durch die 75% Schub Sperre lässt sich das Heck ganz anders kontrollieren als mit geringerne Sperrgraden. Es kann eine geringe Vorspannung eingestellt werden, dadurch wird es auch bei nasser Fahrbahn oder im Kurvenscheitelpunkt besser fahrbar trotz hohem Sperrgrad.
- 75%/30% Sperre mit 8 Lamellen und 30° Zug/60° Schub Rampenwinkel (280€). Gutes Differential für den Motorsport Einsatz bzw. für den schnellen Hobby Racer. Durch die geringere Schub Sperre etwas besser kontrollierbar auf feuchter Fahrbahn und bei Kurvenfahrten. Ein gutes Setup für große Motoren mit hohem Drehmoment (M52 2.8 / M52 Turbo/ M54 3.0 / M60 V8 / S50....alles über 300NM)
Für den Einsatz im Motorsport empfehlen wir immer das 8 Lamellen Sperrpaket . Durch die 8 Lamellen verteilt sich die Temperatur wesentlich besser und die Gefahr das es zum Überhitzungen bzw. zum Zerbrechen der inneren Zähne kommt ist auch wesentlich geringer, da die Zähneanzahl doppelt so hoch ist. (4 Lamellenpaket 46 Zähne gegen 96 Zähne beim 8 Lamellenpaket)

For sale a custom built BMW E46 323i/325i/328i/330i LSD differential type 188k with 25% lock and 2.93 ratio.
Good condition lsd hub, has 65nm friction torque.
Bearings are good and pinion&crowngear backlash is right.
Teeth mesh was checked with engineers blue ink. No weird noises!
I strip, clean, inspect, paint, set pinion position, pinion bearing lash, side bearing lash, tooth mesh, tooth play, sperr pre-load. Everything is checked! I don’t sell scrap and noisy diffs.
I recommend new bearings especially on road cars. I have a very good price for bearings at 120€.
Friction shims are in good used condition. The lsd will work very well.

This is very useful on wet road. 15% Decel makes it´s easier for less experienced drivers who have less throttle/steering control. Lets you brake later into the corners at the track without oversteer.
- 50%/50% locking - 8 friction shims and 45ºAccel/45ºDeccel costs 190€. 8 shims gives better reliability. Good and durable locking action at a low price. A great compromise for frequent trackday use and/or very high torque engines like the M52 2.8/ turbo/M60 V8... with over 300nm.
- 75%/75% locking - 8 friction shims and special 30º Accel/30º Decel ramps costs 280€. – Good for rally or drift with 75% lock on Decel, lets you balance the rear of the car easier. 8 shims gives better reliability. I can set with low pre-load so it makes corner insertion more easy and safe on wet/normal driving conditions.
- 75%/30% locking - 8 friction shims and assimetrical 30º Accel/60º Decel ramp angles cost 280€. – A must have for motorsport/fast track use(Nordschleife) 8 shims gives better reliability. This is very useful on wet road. Provides faster lap times on track, lets you brake harder and later into the corner without oversteer. A good setup for big engines with high torque such as the M52 2.8/M52 turbo/M60 V8... with over 300nm.
For Motorsport use 8 friction shims recommended. Shims can overheat and melt. Also the shim tooth can break. 8 shims help dissipate the excessive heat and have double the inner tooth number(92 vs 46) giving better reliability.
