Returns

We understand with electronics their may be occasions where the parts are damaged in transit or turn faulty on fitting we still want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us in this case we will offer a fast and easy replacement or a refund where applicable. 

If you change your mind for any reason within the first 7 days we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item minus the P&P which is no more then 15%. 

A few steps to take when returning items:
Please package up securely and include details of your order number, authorisation number, and whether a replacement or refund is required. 

Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. 

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.
