Vintage Extra High German .22, Akah style, steel lever 22mm scope mounts for rifles with a 11mm dovetail rail .This is a very secure mounting system.

These mounts are of exceptionally high quality and are perfect for vintage German and European rifles.

These mounts fit a 22mm (7/8") tube scope and are windage adjustable, allowing you to use correct 1930's single turret scopes on your rifle. This is a very secure mounting system.

There is approx 13mm of clearance between the top edge of the dovetail rail and the bottom of the scope tube. The mount measures 110mm long o/a. The dovetailed section is 80mm long. These are suitable for the early series Mausers. These do not clear the bolt on later "B" series mausers with the mini k98 action. Though you could use riser blocks.

Engineered to close tolerances. these are a tight sliding fit on my dovetail, but they go on fine. German 11mm dovetails do vary a little and mounts often develop slight sets depending on the dovetail of rifle they have been fitted to - so you may have to adjust the set nuts on the mounts and gently jiggle these on to your rifle, depending on how your tolerances run.

As you can see they are in very good condition with nearly all original factory blue. They are real sleepers and have been very well looked after.

Though not maker marked, they are in the Akah style and of high quality German production, probably from the same manufacturer.

These mounts are hard to find - a good opportunity to properly scope your rifle.
