*RETURN POLICY*

**Opening a case through EBay is never necessary. I am very pleasant and easy to deal with, simply contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase if there is an issue or a need to return an item. *Please notify me when your return has been shipped out. Returned items must be in the identical condition as you received them (including: tags attached, unopened & unused, no odors or stains) in order to receive a refund.

**There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 14 days.

**Buyer pays for return shipping unless a “proven error” was made on our part. Seller is not to be held responsible if the item does not fit, buyer does not like colors ect., buyer simply changes his or her mind.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT, IN PROPER ORDER, COMPLETE AND CONFIRMED BY EBAY & PAYPAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL UNTIL IT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SELLER.

*RETURNED TO SENDER BY P.O. - RE-SHIPPING POLICY*

“If” Free Shipping is offered on an item it is a “onetime offer” on each shipment by the same buyer.

If the post office deems a package as “not deliverable” to the buyer for any reason (Example; wrong address given, closed P.O. Box, Business Close,  ect.) and returns to the sender / seller then the re- shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

If the item has to be re-listed and the same buyer purchases the item a shipping cost will be applied regardless.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom forms are marked as Commercial and an invoice is included, Shipments will NOT be stated at a lower value or marked as a gift.

There is no tracking available on international shipments.

On “VERY RARE” occasions packages can take up to 8 weeks to clear customs outside of the U.S.
