SHIPPING & HANDLING

·       Standard Shipping to United States: The 48 Continental States

·       Shipping NOT available to: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, PO Box, Mail Forwarders, Freight Forwarders, and Hotels.

·       eBay Time of Delivery is only an ESTIMATE. Actual receipt of your item may exceed the time frame listed on the auction.

·       Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping from the day order is placed.

·       Tracking Number will be provided once the item has shipped. 

·       Shipping carrier varies on the product and shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

·       Items may be shipped from Multiple Distributor Warehouses.

·       Seller will NOT be held responsible for shipping errors made by the Shipping Carrier including; delivery to incorrect address, lost, delayed, and/or damaged items during shipping.

·       Please expect longer shipping and delivery times during the Holiday Season (November-January).

EXCHANGES & RETURNS (EXCEPTION - HOLIDAY SEASON NOV-JAN: ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

·       All sales are final, however we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.

·       If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Seller within 7 days for a Return Authorization.

·       Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

·       Buyer must return the item in the same condition as it was received: BRAND NEW with original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. All packaging must be in original state with original box.

        (All packaging items include: boxes, bags, and tags; accessories such as cords and remotes; certificates, manuals, and warranty cards; “free gifts" or bonus items; all items included in a bundle, etc.)

·       Returns are subject to inspection and will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

·       All non-defective items, or items with missing accessories are subject to incur an additional restocking fee of 20%.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

·      International Shipping is available to select countries. Please feel free to make contact if your country is not listed.

·      All items are shipped from the US and will be shipped using multiple carriers and shipping methods. 

·      Please allow up to 30 days business days for international packages shipped via economic/standard shipping methods. 

·      International Buyers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or postal service fees incurred within the country. Please check with your country customs to determine what these additional costs will be before buying. 

·      Seller is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s,          customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
