For sale is my Sony SLT-A57 camera which I gently used for 3 years for mostly family and kids shots. Despite the age, the camera is in great shape and very capable even by today's standard. The 16MP sensor was a 2nd generation and was optimized for video as compared to original A55 camera.  Due to translucent mirror technology, the camera is able to shoot at 12 frames per second continuous shooting. 3" LCD screen has a great 921,000 dots resolution and can articulate 360 degrees. Image stabilization is in the body, which helps when using lenses that do not have stabilization. Camera has an Electronic viewfinder which is very useful for composing and reviewing shots in bright or pitch dark conditions. Great video mode with 1080P AVCHD format, which most DSLRs can't do as well as this Sony. Camera is in great condition, no major signs of use or scratches anywhere (screen is like new); all options are fully functional.
