We offer Free Shipping for most of our items for the USA. Addtional shipping fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Po Boxes and APO/FPO military boxes. We also ship all over the world, please check our shipping and payment tab for detailed shipping quote for your country. We reserve the right to cancel the order for international orders without confirmed address or other issue. However, you will be contacted before making any cancelations. Please send us an eBay message for any questions prior to purchase.

We accept Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still check out through Paypal as a guest by using your credit card.

We are a family run business which pays to support a family of five and a handful of helping friends. We are open from 9 am ~ 5 pm Pacific time Monday-Friday but we also offer support when we can during other hours. All other states are exempt from Sales Tax.

If you receive an item that is defective, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Item returned can have the replacement sent or refund issued. If you are unhappy with the item you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns must contain all original boxes and packaging. We strive the best to offer the best pricing, for this reason, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to ship the product back. We will pay to ship the new product back to you. RMA number is needed to accurately process your return claim. Please send us an eBay message for any claims or questions.
