All of our items will ship out in 1-2 business once the sale is complete (unless stated otherwise). Paypal Confirmed address is required.

All packages shipped internationally are subject to importation fees and duties defined by the destination countries. All levied fees and duties will bear the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please Note: Item boxes may incur slight damage during transit. We apologize in advance for any scuffed/damaged packaging due to transit handling. 

Return Policy:

All returns must be authorized by our Support Team, which will supply you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team to procure an RMA prior to returning your item; any unauthorized return may be refused/returned to the buyer at the buyers’ expense.

All returned items/orders will receive refunds only. Replacements must be purchased through a new order.

1.1) Buyers’ Remorse Return:

In the event that the item you purchase does not fit, match or is simply not for you, we happily accept returns within 30 days from the time of receipt. Please see our Policy regulations below:

Items being returned must be unused, unworn, in the condition received, and with no signs of use or wear.  Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Once received and inspected, your account will be refunded for the item, less the original shipping cost and will be is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All shoes that were received with a box must be returned with the box they were received in. Boxes may not be used as external packaging. Any package that is received with the box used as exterior packaging may be refused and the return cancelled (at the buyers’ expense).  

All items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not meet the guidelines above.

1.2)Incorrect Item / Defective Item / Damaged Item Return:

In the event that you receive an item that is not as described or defective, we will gladly take back the item at no further cost to you, issuing a refund once the item is received at our facility and inspected. In the event that no return is required, you will be asked to produce photographic evidence of the incorrectly received item(s) to proceed with the reimbursement.
