Dead on Arrival

If you have a problem with a part, please bring it to our attention. We are easy to work with but don't take to squeaky wheels very well. We will either fix it, replace it or issue a refund, whichever fixes the problem.

Returns

Returns are simple. If we made a mistake we will be happy to give a full refund. If return is the result of buyer error the buyer is responsible for returning the part and a 20% restocking fee. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped by us, so please pack returns very well.
