RETURNS & CONTACT:

RETURNS:
If you have an issue with a product you purchased for any reason, you can open a return request on the item if it is within 30 days of purchase, if the item is eligible for return. Items such as Amateur Radios and Refurbished items cannot be returned back directly and must be handled by their respective warranty department. If your purchase is past the 30 day return policy, you can still contact the manufacturer with any issues for warranty replacement or repair.
Once a return has been opened, you will be provided with an RMA number which you will include with your returned package for faster processing. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once our returns department has received your return, you can expect payment within 3-5 business days after inspecting the return.
