I am just one individual selling video games online, I only sell to further my collection and pay my way through University, the majority of things sold on this account are duplicate or unwanted games. I do my best to keep prices within market value, but time does change prices and I don't check it constantly. I don't scalp, if it comes to an item that is in that category, I will leave it to auction and let the market decide. My listings are always 100% honest, I don't like being wronged and I don't allow that to others. 

All items are tested beforehand, games are checked up to gameplay and systems are done with a checklist. To avoid scammers I check all serial numbers before hand and I mark most of my items with an invisible UV light, this is always done in a non-intrusive area. However, I put my faith in the better nature of people not to rip me off, but sadly it does happen. 

I post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I can ocassionaly post on Saturdays but that is rare. If you genuinely need something posted on a certain day, please let me know beforehand and I will try my best. 

I factor the post cost in my items, so if you are buying multiple items, please message me and I can combine postage in most cases. 

I reuse packaging, if it is still fine to use it will be, I don't like throwing it away for no reason. 

I make sure to get proof of postage for everything I send off, if Royal Mail are to lose anything then I will chase it up, however partial refund will be given at first and then final half of refund will be given once received from Royal Mail (this is to prevent the scammers that I have had a few times). 

If an item is found to not work, please contact me before hand, I am fine to help if this ever arises. 

Please don't try and do me over on items, I'm just trying to be legit with what I do.
