Our goal is to design seat covers that can be universally used on most vehicles, but at the same time, we strive for better than universal fitments. After a long process of research and development, we gathered the common features shared by most vehicles and designed our seat covers to best accommodate those common features, such as high back/low back, headrests, cup holder, split rear seats, airbag, child car seat, heated seats and etc. The few areas that will need more customizations, our design left rooms for more flexibility. As a result, when you install our seat covers with a little more patience and dedication, the outcome will be totally exceed your expectations of the spend.
Payment
Paypal with existing account: It is a simple and preferred payment method.
Credit Card via Paypal: You don't have to have an account to make the payment. Please follow instructions below. This is preferred and will make the transaction smoother.
Credit Card: Major credit cards are accepted. However, Credit Card via PayPal is preferred as the transaction will be smoother. Please see instruction above.

Return
We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction while shopping with FH Group. We are pleased to offer Free Returns on any eligible item within 30 days of receipt. You can learn more about how to return items here.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- When the merchandise has been used, it will not be eligible for return.
- In case of damage, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at 1800-928-5518. We will replace parts/products right away.
Please note:
- Free Return applies to physical address within Continental USA Only!
- Original shipping fee (if any) are non refundable
- It is required to contact us to get Return Authorization before actual returning a package. Any package without an RA# will be ignored.

We ship your order as quickly as possible, and often on the same day we receive it.

International Shipments
We are also pleased to offer international shipping. Most of the countries are shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you are having trouble, please message or email us and we will send out an invoice for you to make the purchase.
International Customers: we will declare the value of the item(s) you purchased. Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. FH Group does not responsible for any charges occurred due to importing product into the customer's country.
Same Day Service
If you've shopped with us before, you already know that we try every effort to ship items on the same day. If we receive and verify your order before 2pm EST, your order leaves our warehouse the same day.
Address change
Please double check and review your address carefully especially for apt, floor, suite # during check out. For any address change after order has been shipped or any returns due to incorrect address, shipping carrier will charge a fee of $12.35. Customer is responsible for the fee occurred upon making the request. You can request a Paypal invoice or call us at 1-800-928-5518 to pay with credit card.
Pickup
Any orders are welcomed to schedule pick up. Our office time is from 9AM to 6PM EST; please contact our friendly customer service agents at 1-800-928-5518 to schedule the date and time for pick up.
