POSTAGE TERMS (PLEASE READ)

All goods will be despatched promptly (usually within 2-3 days of payment receipt). All items will be carefully packed.

If you opt for Standard UK 1^st or 2^nd Class Postage –

A ‘Proof of postage’ is always obtained – If parcel is lost/stolen in post (& this is rare). A claim will  be made via the ‘Post Office’ for a refund. 

PLEASE ADVISE IF…. Your item is required urgently and usually is despatched same day  or next day where possible.

However, londonpunkrepro cannot be responsible for delays in the postal system. 

RECORDED DELIVERY/’SIGNED-FOR’/INSURANCE

If you would like to pay extra to have your item sent by 'Signed-For'/Recorded Delivery or you require Postal Insurance - then please contact prior to sending payment, in order that a correct invoice can be issued to you to cover your requirements.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES –POSTAGE COSTS

Please contact for advice on postage costs for multiple purchase items to be mailed together – A reduction in postage costs MAY be possible.

RETURNS POLICY

EVERY EFFORT IS TAKEN TO DESCRIBE ITEMS AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE…..PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE BIDDING THAT ITEM IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ASK A QUESTION IF UNSURE.  

IF UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE UPON RECEIPT londonpunkrepro OFFERS A RETURNS/REFUND POLICY. 

IN FIRST INSTANCE PLEASE CONTACT IN ORDER TO TRY TO SEEK AN AMICABLE RESOLUTION. 

THE BUYER SHOULD NOTIFY londonpunkrepro VIA EMAIL OR ‘ASK SELLER A QUESTION’ & WITHIN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

BUYER MUST RETURN ITEM IN SAME CONDITION AND BUYER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE COSTS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
