Ibanez RG370DXGP4 Digital Camo MARPAT style design upgraded with a Prestige neck and DiMarzio X2N pick-ups.  I bought this guitar for the MARPAT design, but the stock RG left a little to be desired in terms of sound and playability.  I always loved the playability of Ibanez’s Prestige line of guitars because of the smooth and fast necks.  Really, the Prestige neck is what sets these guitars apart from all others.  So, I added that (neck was virtually new when I bought it) and then installed some great pickups – DiMarzio X2N – in the bridge and neck positions.  The X2Ns are HOT!  Although these pickups are passive they have the output of an active pick-up that drive hard the front gain stages of any amp.  These pickups scream!

This guitar is in excellent shape overall and very clean (see photos).  There is a slight gap between the neck and body near the top side due to the different fit between standard RG necks and Prestige neck (see photo), but this does not affect playability at all.  No visible scratches or dents that I can observe.  I went over it one last time to check the set-up, cleaned the fretboard, and changed the strings (D’Addario 9’s).  This guitar should be ready to play out of the box.  I know what it’s like to receive nasty and dirty gear from eBay – don’t like it at all!  You won’t have this problem with this guitar.  Ibanez M100C hard-shell case is included, also in excellent condition.  Packed in box made especially for shipping guitars with plenty of padding to prevent possible damage in shipment.

2) Damage in shipment such that the item does not function properly or there is visible damage to the item.  Damage to the external shipping container or box that has not caused any damage to the item itself does not constitute shipping damage.  

Although I do my absolute best to carefully pack all items, if you as a buyer believe that your item was damaged in shipment you must do the following things to claim a return within 24 hours of receiving the item:

1.      Immediately take photos of the damaged box or container.

2.      Take photos of the damaged item once opened from the box.

3.      Describe in detail the damage to the item.

4.      Send photos and description of damage to the seller.

5.      Request return of the item through eBay due to damage.

Refunds will be only for the cost of the item and any shipping charges already paid to receive the item.  Cost of shipment for returns will be paid by the buyer.  Per eBay policy, all returned items must be sent in exactly the same condition in which they were received, with no alteration, modification, attempted repairs, or use of any kind.  I adhere to this policy firmly.
