Cosmetically, it is in good shape. It has minor marks from what seems to have been light use - the tripod mount looks untouched - but is free of dings or significant wear. The red mounting guide spot is mostly missing, but this does not affect the operation. Both the diaphragm and the focusing work very smoothly.

The glass is bright, with a little dust and some signs of cleaning. There is no evident fungus.

The lens comes with Leitz front and rear lens caps.
