Clio Sport 197/200 Custom Aluminium Heel and Toe Pedal

The standard accelerator pedal is just 50mm wide, this custom heel and toe pedal is 70mm wide.

The Heel and toe pedal is machined from T6082 3mm thick aluminium, it has been curved to match the pedal mount.

Just drill the rivets off the old ones and pop these on.

What I would suggest is rivet the ally pedal to the steel pedal in one of the bottom holes then use a G clamp to pull the top of the ally pedal into the steel pedal. Then you can rivet the top holes, but make sure you put something soft between the G clamp and the ally pedal so you don't dent it.
