For the out of stock item, you can choose to:

Delivery Time After Ship Out

1-2 working days for Metro Manila (Fastrack Courier/Yilinker)

 3-5 working days for provinces (LBC via/ or Yilinker Courier)

You may track your order on Fastrack, LBCm Yilinker website by simply entering the tracking number their tracking system. Tracking number will be posted to your account within 24 hours after ship out.

Note: For orders that have both 7 Days items and 1-3 day item, we will ship your items based on the longest estimated delivery time if you do not want to wait, please place separate order for 7days items and 1-3 Days items.

Delays will solely be on the courier part.

Store Credit

Returns and exchange of unused item can be accepted up to 7 days upon receipt. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Items must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories or tag.

Swimwear, Lingerie, Underwear, Earrings, and Beauty Products CANNOT BE RETURN for hygienic reasons.

Sale items can no longer be exchanged.

               

Items Returned that are described as damage or defective will be checked . if item is found defective or damage, we will ship back the item and the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping cost.        

Refunds cannot be made for returned items. The can be replace by items of a similar amount or higher.
