Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt. (This includes damaged items)

Upon arrival we will send a refund of your payment of the purchase price excluding original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. (U.S customers). In the unlikely event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

                  Shipping

The majority of our items are shipped via the USPS. Larger and higher priced items ship via UPS. We ship every Monday -Friday.

Please keep in mind:

-If you order an item on Friday, it may not be shipped until the following Monday depending on the time. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

-There is a slight chance that larger, bulky, harder to process items may take extra time to ship.

- While we ship as quickly as possible, estimated delivery dates do not always include processing time, it is just an estimate, not a promise date.

-Remember to take a moment to ensure your address is current and correct so we can get your package to you quickly and safely! :)

-If the shipping notes "First Class mail" and the item weighs more than 13 oz. It will automatically ship via "Priority mail".

All listing prices are firm and not negotiable, we compare prices with others before we list and we choose our prices carefully. Due to the volume of other questions we receive needing our immediate attention, we will not respond to emails asking about this.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we always strive for an excellent transaction.

We will post your positive feedback once we receive feedback from you. You will also receive an email "Item shipped" notification to know when your item is on its way.

International customers

We offer exceptionally fair prices on international shipping and welcome International bidders. We do ship world-wide. 

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
