REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Only DOA (Dead on Arrival) product exchanges are permitted  on items. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery and will make  arrangements for a replacement. No returns are allowed otherwise. There are no  exceptions.
   
We only offer RMA in the USA.
    •  14 days return an item for refund or replacement if I have the same device model number in stock.
    •  Shipping and  handling costs are non-refundable
    •  20% Restocking fee  may apply for non-defective.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped with care by our professionally trained staff.
We always find the quickest shipping using UPS, USPS, &  FedEx.We ship most items that are less than 13 ounces using USPS and larger items using UPS. Please remember to supply us with your physical address as UPS  won't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to International. Those people who purchase an item and use a third party to ship item oversea then the warranty voided and we do not take any responsible for item got damaged, lost or stolen. We only do  RMA in the USA

We ship within 1 business day. Examples: You pay for an item on Tuesday: we will ship it out before the end of the day on Wednesday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, we have until the end of the day  Monday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines).
