Customer Service

How do I get an RA# to do a Return?

To make a return or an exchange with ELEVATIT, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number. For ELEVATIT return's you can contact our customer service department . We will respond to you promptly normally within the same day.

All returns must contain the Return Authorization (RA) number placed on the outside of the package. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box located at the bottom of the invoice; packages received without a Return Authorization number will NOT be accepted.

If you have any trouble creating your Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact customer service.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free.

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How can I check my return status?

We will notify you again when your return or exchange has been completed.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 3 business days to complete.

Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

Yes, but only if your return request is made within 14 days of your original order unworn/unused with all the original tags attached and or in the original packaging it arrived in.

Can I return a pair of shoes?

Yes, if there is a defect or the shoe is unworn and within our return policy window.
All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box.
Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in any way.

Can I return underwear or a bathing suit?

No. Elevatit does not accept bathing suits or underwear returns.
The only exception will be for shrink wrapped items that have the packaging intact and unopened.
We do not accept returns on undergarments, socks, hats, swimwear, or worn merchandise.

I received a Damaged Item what do i do?
