All items listed are: Genuine-authentic Coach designer, brand new, never used, purchased directly from the factory, boutique or store.  All items are 1st quality with no defects of any kind unless otherwise stated in the description above.  All items are stored in a pet and smoke free environment.  Please note that the color in pictures might differ slightly due to lighting, flash and screen resolution.

Shipping options are posted above in this listing.  Please verify your shipping address listed before purchasing.  We do not add any additional fees to shipping costs.  We do not charge any packaging or handling fees.  Shipments are processed within 1 business day upon receipt of your payment.  International shipments are made through eBay's Global Shipping Program or through USPS international shipping for countries not covered under eBay’s Global Shipping Program.  Buyers need to verify additional expenses, customs clearance, and time estimates for international shipments prior to bidding/purchasing items.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.  Item must be returned in the exact condition as it was sent.  All original packaging and tags must be included with the return.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

100% refund will be given only for items that have been “substantially misrepresented” in the description, i.e.: If you’ve received the wrong item.  In the event of a return/replacement, we will cover all of the related shipping costs and refund to you 100% of the purchase price paid including shipping.  Returned items must have all of the original packaging and tags included.
