Following three types of battery plates are suitable for this device, model F970, QM91D, DU21 & LP-E6 (Choose 2 out of 4, and we will supply model F970 and LP-E6 as acquiescence).

Returns/Refunds
Return for refund/replacement for a FAULTY ITEM is possible only when contacted within 14 days from received date (recorded on the tracking system).We will request details and/or pictures of the faulty item, for technician to determine the fault of the product.
IF the item is faulty, the shipping fee is provided to ship either for refund or a replacement.
There could be many reason that the product does not function correctly.
It may not always be a faulty item, therefore we will ask you to try different way or ask for more details and information.
Please cooperate with us before sending the item back.
We record all the process of returned item from opening the package to testing, this is to show our buyers that we do not cheat our buyers with refund/replacement. During testing, if the product DOES function properly, we CANNOT give you full refund (Return shipping fee AND original shipping fee will be deducted. Despite the fact that original shipping fee is "FREE SHIPPING" for the buyers, the cost that we were charged to originally ship to the buyer will be deducted)
