Returns are accepted for faulty goods (not postal damage) or not as described goods only and claims must be within 7 days of receiving your item. We will not return goods that have been purchased by mistake (ie: you thought it might fit or be compatible). or fitted/attempted fitting by a non qualified gas engineer.
Our information is a guide only and it is the buyers responsibility to check part Numbers to ensure compatibility before bidding/buying.
All returned items will be tested and if proved to be faulty a full refund will be offered. We will also require
a qualified gas safe registered engineer’s report before issuing a
refund. Return postage will not be reimbursed and will be at the buyers expense.
