Please note - I can be slow replying, but I always aim to answer questions - though it may take a few days sometimes.

Due to my work schedule, I can usually only get to the Post Office on Thursdays and Saturdays - so please keep this in mind when bidding.

I'm happy to combine postage on multiple items - please wait for an invoice.

I don't accept liability for items lost in the post - I always get Proof of Postage and will email a copy to anyone who needs to make a claim. Please only bid if you're happy with this.

I send items 2nd Class to keep the costs down. If you would prefer 1st Class, please let me know.

I aim to post within 3 days of payment - and I prefer payment to be made within 3 days unless the buyer contacts me.

If there is a problem with the item, please contact me before leaving feedback, so I can try and sort it out.

If the item has been damaged during postage, I will require a photo before I can issue a refund.

I don't change auction items to buy-it-now, so please don't ask. Thanks
