Beautiful Spanish Damascene brass turtle desk hotel bell / ring by BOJ EIBAR.

Made in Spain.

The top of the turtle' shell has black and brass damascene scene of matador on the horse attacking the large bull during bullfight. 

On the bottom of the scene it says "TOROS".

On the top of the scene are beautiful flowers.

The turtle has detailed scales on the feet, head and tail. The head, tail and the feet have guild coating. 

The bell is inside of the turtle and it is mechanical wind up type. 

To wind up the ball you have to turn the handle clockwise until it wound up.

To activate the bell you have to press down the head or the tail of the turtle.

It makes very loud strong sound. 

Beautiful antique desk bell that will look and work great in any business, hotel or just will be great addition to your bell collection or turtles. 

The turtle is 6" long (from the front of the nose to the end of it's tail), 3" wide and 2" tall.

It weighs 1 lb. 

Condition:

Great condition. Some patina on the brass, no scratches or damage on top of the shell. The top of the head has light wear of the guild on the brass from the touching the head of the turtle. The bell is in perfect working condition. The sound is clear and loud.
