PAYMENT:

Payment should be made using Paypal. After clicking to 'Buy It Now' just proceed through the checkout process and you will be prompted to login to your Paypal account. If a refund is applicabe, this will also be made via Paypal.

SHIPPING:

The vast majority of our items are shipped using Royal Mail, we always use 1st class postage. Some of our larger, more fragile items are shipped via courier as this provides the safest and best tracking options. Any other items depending on cost are often sent Royal Mail recorded delivery which will require your signature.

RETURNS:

Payment is preferred immediately so that we can process your order straight away.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us by sending a message and we will advise on how you can return the item and the next steps. If you wish to return your purchase because it is not as expected, (e.g. you thought it would be bigger/smaller despite the dimensions being listed in the product details) then as part of our service we still accept returns, however you will be liable for the return postage cost and we will only refund the product cost. You must return all original product packaging with any returns.
