Please be aware that returned items must contain all the original undamaged packaging condition and be in the same condition as when purchased, i.e. in NEW condition.
Upon The Moose Trading Post receiving the item in satisfactory condition (i.e. NEW) with all parts and accessories included, then a refund will be issued for the original item cost excluding original postage paid.
We reserve the right to deduct 20% from the refund should the item be returned in damaged/missing packaging which decreases the items resaleable value.
Important Warranty Conditions!
In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault after 30 days of receipt of the item you will be required to return your item directly to the Manufacturer who will either fix the fault or replace the item and return it to you free of charge, please note that we do not undertake repairs at the Moose Trading Post, we will provide you with the details to return your item in the event that we are notified about a fault.
Please carefully choose the right product, including for example the "correct" desired memory capacity; color; screen size; digital tv format; GSM band; NTSC/PAL color region to avoid unnecessary disappointment and cancellation.
In the event that an item we sell becomes unavailable after purchase because of unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to offer the choice of an alternative product or offer a full refund including postage.
