We have found that some places far away from normal shipping hubs can be much more expensive to ship to than 99% of our customers. Shipping and Handling Time:
Unless our auction specifically states a product is "In Stock", then shipping time can vary. Most items that do not state "In Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare cases some are not. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship within one business day of cleared payment, unless we indicate otherwise. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or certain other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy which we have no control over. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.

Normal transit time for our 48 state USA customers is 3-7 business days, depending on how far you are from the warehouse we ship from. We ship from warehouses ranging from California to Texas, from Florida to Pennsylvania. When possible, we ship from the warehouse closest to your location.

International shipping time varies based on the shipping method we use, the country you are located in, and any unforeseen Customs delays that we have no control over. On average, shipping time for our International customers is 1 to 3 weeks, but this is an average, not a guarantee. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you purchase so we may discuss your shipping time and shipping options.

Receiving your Seibon Carbon Product(s)
Seibon products are unique in the method used to ship them, especially the larger items such as hoods, doors, front lips, etc. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand the special method you should use when you have the delivery company show up to give you your new Seibon part(s). Please take a few minutes to watch the video in the item specifics made by Seibon that explains in great detail how to receive and inspect your Seibon part(s) for potential shipping damages. We are not responsible for you not following these specific delivery and inspection methods! If you have any questions about receiving your products we are happy to answer them for you, please contact us via the eBay system!

Attention International Customers: This item does not ship with a standard parcel due to its size. Because of its size, it is an considered an oversized item and ships via specialized freight to your nearest international airport. An agent will contact you upon arrival from the airport. You are responsible for picking up the item from the airport. When you pick the item up from the airport there may be additional airport, brokerage fees, duties, and customs charges. Every airport and every country is different and we do not have a way to estimate or calculate these charges for you. If you refuse to pay these charges, you will not be able to pick your item up and the airport may begin charging a storage fee and/or destroy the item(s).

Quantity on Hand / Quantity Available:
Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in multiple markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale. Items on hand change often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be updated in real time. Due to the rapid pace, we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by.

Back Orders
If a back order occurs, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed to the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer). The buyer will be given multiple options. The options consist of superseding such item(s) with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.

All products we sell are 100% covered by their normal manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from us.
