Payment
Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If you are having any problems or experiencing difficulties please let me know, usually things can be sorted out. An unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically after a 7 day period has passed
Dispatch
All items paid for by midday will be dispatched the same day
Items paid for over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. You may sometimes receive a notification that your item has been posted that evening, it will be infact be posted the following day.
Delivery
All parcels will be delivered by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Free postage is sometimes offered on my items. These will be sent 1st Class Standard Post. Please note I post within 12 to 24 hrs of receiving payment, I am not responsible for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver to you. I wish I could affect that but it is out of my control. Please remember this when allocating DSR’s, I would appreciate that.

I do appreciate that If there any issues with your order or transaction please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will do my best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
