When listing includes pictured measurements, items are sold by measurements – regardless of tagged size. Tagged sizes are only given as a general reference point and may vary greatly even within the same brand. It is the customers responsibility to check the measurements against their own clothes and ask questions before purchasing. I do my best to measure and pictures items carefully. 

Colors can vary slightly from monitor to monitor and person to person – I do by best to describe color accurately and make sure it is photographed well, however I can not be held responsible for slight variations or differences of opinion where color is concerned

Items are from a smoke FREE home that does have a dog.  All items are kept in ebay inventory room/office.
