I don't know what variation of Strat this is, but on the back of the BLACK headstock, in gold, it says 191 of 250. Note it has a walnut fingerboard and a BLACK headstock front. Also note the DOUBLE, straight (not slanted like usual) third pickup. The pickguard also has a swirly/turned design w/matching back plate. Could just be a FSR, but I don't know for whom.
