So this is just a really funny deck to play. You can bring this deck to a Modern tournament and although you will lose your match-ups most of the time because the deck is inconsistent, it is hilarious when it works because you can beat high tier Modern decks with it. So there are 3 main win conditions here: 1: Salvage Titan, 2: Ensoul Artifact, and 3: Immolating Souleater. If you draw three artifacts and a Salvage Titan in your opening hand then you can sacrifice the three artifacts to cast him and start attacking with a 6/4 creature on turn 2. He can also be returned to your hand from your graveyard later in the game by exiling three artifacts from your graveyard. You can then cast him again (that's why there are a few black mana sources in here). Your second win condition, Ensoul Artifact, can be used to make an Ornithopter or one of the 12 Darksteel cards in your deck that you potentially played on turn one into a 5/5 flying or indestructible creature that you can attack with on turn 2. The third and final main win condition, Immolating Souleater, if played on turn 2, can attack your opponent on turn 3 for as much as 10 damage if you pump him with 18 life (and leave yourself at 2 life). Trample from Rancor helps get your damage through on all of these win conditions as well as give a way to pump up your puny 1/1 and 0/2 creatures later in the game if the game goes on that long (the Darksteel Axes can be used the same way). The whole idea of the deck is to maximize speed to an extreme (which leaves it vulnerable to massive failure but it can also be massive successful- so it's just super funny). I beat Modern tribal elves with this deck on turn 4 once because I got out a Salvage Titan out on turn 1, put a Rancor on it on turn 2 and attacked with it at 8 trample power (and played an Ornithopter still on turn 2), and then on turn 3 put Ensoul Artifact on the Ornithopter and attacked with my 5/5 flying Ornithopter and a 8/4 trample Salvage Titan. My opponent made some blocks against the Salvage Titan but took lethal on turn 4 because I regenerated the Salvage Titan with a Welding Jar and still had the 5/5 Ornithopter too. If he had not blocked anything or had been using shock lands in that deck than I would have dealt lethal on turn 3.

I made a slight mistake in photographing this deck. There are 2 Forests included in this deck and not 1 as shown in the photos.

Other Information:

Most, if not all cards, will be in either near mint or lightly played condition.

These cards will be mailed without sleeves, deck boxes or any other accessories. Cards may come in foil or non-foil and can be from any set regardless of what is shown in the photos (I mass produce copies of this deck from available inventory).

Why should you buy from me?

I have been playing Magic the Gathering intensely for years now and I love to build new decks. When you buy from me, you can rest assured that you are buying a great deck that I have play-tested and enjoyed enough to share it.
