- After receiving your device and making sure that is fully charged, all you need to do is contact us thru "send the seller a message". Please provide the old phone's ESN as well as the new phone's ESN if you are switching them out. If you are porting over to Page Plus, please provide us with the old carrier's account information including the security code on the account. (We promise to only use it to port your line and all information is destroyed immediately there after. Please allow anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours for the phone line to port over.
