Customer service is our #1 goal, and there is no problem that cannot be resolved:) If the received material is unsatisfactory to you for any reason, it can be returned to us for a full refund (on an unaltered item only) within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.  You pay postage and insurance (if needed) on the returned item.
