Warranty
We guarantee that the items will be as described and non DOA (dead on arrival). Usually we give a 14 day warranty on our items unless stated otherwise in the listing. If you have any problem with your item, we will do everything we can to correct the problem, and if we cannot solve it, we will issue you a full refund.
Our warranty covers repair or replacement only. All serial numbers are recorded for warranty purposes.

If a return is necessary due to the item not being as described or defective we will gladly replace or repair the item and will send it back to you with at no extra cost.
We must be contacted within 5 days of the items receipt. Items must be in original packaging and in their original condition! Returns without prior authorization will be refused. The cost of sending the item back to us must be paid by the buyer.
