Obere "Schuh-Schalle" aus hochtechnologischem TPU (Thermoplastisches Polyurethan) wird direkt auf den "Innen-Schuh" aus atmungsaktiven und Feuchte-absorbierenden Textil aufgespritzt und anschließend genäht um besonders langlebige Schuhkonstruktion mit bester Durchlüftung zu sichern. Bei Calamus Schuhen hat Dr. Martens sehr viel Wert auf hohen Komfort und verlässlichen Schutz gelegt. Die Schuhzunge und Schuhkragen sind weich gepolstert. Ebenso weich gepolstertes Softwair™ Fußbett aus modernem Memory-Schaumstoff sorgt für zusätzliche Abfederung und bequemen Fußsitz. These ultra-modern Dr. Martens Calamus S1P safety boots are stylish, comfortable and provide excellent protection. Doc Matens Calamus boots are metal-free, which means they are manufactured complettely without any metal components. Composite toe cap ensures equal 200J impact protection as common steel toe cap, being more lightweight and comfortable. Composite mid-sole is very flexible and lightweigt for added comfort and is >1100N anti-pierce protected. Sole is slip-resistant, anti-static and heat-resistant. All protection features meet and/or exceed requirements of EN ISO 20345:2011 standards.
Upper of these Dr. Martens Calamus safety boots is made from modern TPU (thermo polyurethane) for long last and good protection. This TPU "outer shell" is molded directly onto "inner shell" and then stitched to ensure durable and extra-comfortable construction. "Inner shell" is made from breathable and moisture-wicking textile. Removable Softwair® memory-foam footbed is soft padded for additional shock-absorbing and more comfort. Soft padded tongue and collar improve protection and foot comfort. Rubber compound sole is non-marking and provides excellent shock-absorbing with perfect grip. Enforced plastic eyelets and industrial laces contribute to long last.
