Vintage Federal Sign and Signal Corporation Super Beacon Ray base with Model 174 badge. Includes the Whelan revolving lights that are mounted on it but they are not original and have not been tested. No dome but has the original rubber gaskets. Bottom gasket has a chunk taken out of it. The chrome has some scratches, spots and scuffs, but no dents. Looks great from more than a few feet away.
