The Original Macintosh Portable Numeric Keypad Module (Part M0239) 

for Apple Mac Portable Models 5120 & 5126 only

The Original Macintosh Portable Part with a copy of Apple's installation instructions included (see jpegs).  

If you are an Original Apple Mac Portable collector  - either Model 5120 or 5126,  who uses eBay,  you know who I am.  Having gotten old, I am now selling off all my Portable stuff.  I have lots (but getting fewer) of Apple Mac Portable parts (5120 and 5126 models only here).  

This item is used and must be installed in place of the trackball in the Portable itself.  Take a look at the jpeg of the instructions in the picture in the item description.  Note that you have to remove the two front rubber feet on the bottom of the Portable and they are getting fragile.  But you really have no choice because the numeric module is not designed for use separate from the Portable itself.  Nor will the trackball be able to work independently of the Portable when you remove it.  

You collectors continue to be passionate about obtaining the old original Apple brand stuff for the  Apple Mac Portable.  

This item is not being sold in its Apple packaging.  The Apple packaging is gone.   The item ships bare in packing material.
