UK returns Policy:
We accept returns on all items sent within the UK (unless otherwise specified - e.g. underwear, earrings are non returnable). All returns must be arranged within 14 days since receipt and items must be returned in original condition. A refund or exchange will only be issued once the item has been received back. Buyer pays return postage.
International Postage & Delivery:
We offer International postage with most of our items, so please message us for a postage quote if your location is not listed. We are always happy to combine postage if you are interested in purchasing more than one item so please get in touch for a quote. We offer two International postage options with most items: Royal Mail Standard or Royal Mail Signed For, however for higher value items we only offer the option of Royal Mail International Signed For (although this service costs more, it provides much better security with end to end tracking and a signature confirmation on delivery).
International Returns Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items sent internationally. We may only issue a refund if there is a genuine error in the listing or mistake on our behalf, in which case we ask you to get in touch as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.
