Up for auction is a Time Lightan figure from the Golden Warrior Gold Lightan series. I don't know too much about this, but it is numbered 1740/2000 limited edition. The bottom also says Hung Hing Toys. This series was very popular in Hong Kong around the 80s (where I found the figure to begin with) and I believe they re-released a limited run of these toys some years back.

This is trademarked by Tatsunoko Pro who is the creator of the series (as well as Gatchaman and Speed Racer).
