• Contact us to combine postage on any items I have in my store at http://stores.ebay.com.au/shoptillyapop that interest you and save!!! We can combine orders or refund you added postage costs

 

 

·       We offer combined postage and will refund you if you have made multiply purchases from my store and have not realised this.

·       We offer local pick ups by the buyer and can offer delivery in some instances.

·       All parcels items sent within Australian are using EBay flat rate postage unless stated.

·       If you’re in a hurry we offer Express post on request but at an extra cost to your total.

·       Overseas packages up to 2kgs will be sent by AUSPOST International Parcel Post with tracking
 

·       We are not responsible for items not delivered by Australia Post or damaged in transit, we have tracking in place on all parcels and can offer insurance if requested at the expense of the customer. 

·       If you have not received your package please contact us we are more than happy to help our customers. 

·       Buy more than one item and I will combine and discount the postage for Australian purchases

 

All our items are described after rigorous inspection; any defects will be noted in the listing. If by some chance we have overlooked something please contact us before leaving feedback and we will gladly sort out any issues you have. We are honest sellers and we will look after our customers. We do not cover postal insurance but we will endeavour to pack your items to the highest possible standards, if you would like protection please advise us of this and we can accommodate. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if items are the wrong size etc...
