T25 turbo flange – designed to accept any turbo with a Garrett T2 exhaust flange such as the T2, T25 T28, GT25 and GT28 turbos or any of the numerous copies available.

 

321 stainless steel – 321SS is a special stainless steel that uses titanium in the metal composition.  It is designed for harsh corrosive & high temp environments, exactly what a turbo manifold has to deal with.  Our new manifolds have a brushed finish, instead of the old polished finish.

 

Tuned length – each exhaust runner pipe is designed to be equal length so that the exhaust pulses reach the turbo at equal intervals, improving turbo spool up, reducing turbo lag, and ultimately flowing more air, letting your engine make the maximum possible power.  The pipe diameter is large enough for 500hp, but we have been conscious not to make the diameter too large, therefore keeping gas velocities high and maximising turbo response.

 

2.5mm wall thickness pipe – this gives strength and structural integrity, reducing fatigue and therefore cracking.  Thinner wall manifolds such as the typical 1.6mm SS manifolds often crack and need to be repaired, although this is due both to the thin wall, and the use of 304SS and 316SS which are not as suited to high temperatures as 321SS is.

These TurboGemini SS manifolds have been designed to support over 500hp while still maintaining fast turbo boost response, minimising turbo lag.  The manifolds have been designed in 3D CAD and have square ports on the header flange specifically designed to suit G series engines.  It will also bolt on to 4Z series engines as they share the same exhaust manifold stud patterns, and the square ports can be easily ported to suit round port 4Z series engines and heads such as 4ZC1 Piazza, 4ZD1 and 4ZE1 Rodeo.
