Very Good Condition, Published by Ward Lock, Hardback, 1997 Pages, No Writing except for owners name inside front cover and on Contents page, colour and black and white illustrations and period advertising, Very comprehensive covering all types of foods, utensils, fish, meats, drinks, menus, table glass, china, diseases, poisons, domestic servants, preserves, salads, puddings, breakfast dishes, vegetables, Nursing, German dishes etc. etc. etc. Some surface paper loss on edges of spine - please see photos - but well bound, vertical surface crease on back cover but overall nice clean copy.
