Paypal is our preferred payment option and we require immediate payment for all our products. We unfortunately cannot reserve any items. If you do not, however, have a Paypal account please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

Orders received with cleared payment before 3pm GMT on a working weekday will be shipped sameday, both in the UK and internationally. After 3pm they will be shipped by 11am the following working day. Orders received after 3pm Friday afternoon will be shipped Saturday morning by 11.30am.

Please note, no orders will be shipped on UK Bank Holidays.

All orders will be shipped to your Paypal address - it is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct prior to purchase - we will print the label exactly as it appears on Paypal and unfortunately cannot change this for you. Items returned to us as a result of an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund on postage.

We offer a range of delivery options on our listings with varying delivery times. 'Second Class' Signed For Items will aim to be delivered within 3 working days; 'First Class' Signed For Items will aim to be delivered the next working day; 'Special Delivery' Items are guaranteed the next working day by 1pm.

If your item requires a signature on arrival we will upload the individual tracking code to your eBay account. Orders that have selected the 'Special Delivery' option and that clear after 3pm will be handled the next working day - if you unsure please contact us prior to purchase. Please note, orders using the 'Special Delivery' option purchased on a Friday will not be delivered till the following Monday as we do not currently offer a Saturday service on our eBay store.

All European and International orders are sent Royal Airmail. Delivery times will vary depending on your international location, if you would like guidance please message us prior to ordering. Orders outside the EU will need to pass through your host countries Customs and will be subject to respective duties. If your item uses the 'International Tracked and Signed' or 'International Signed' service we will upload the individual tracking code to your account within 24 hours of shipping. If you are not there to receive your delivery, depending on your country's mail service, a card should be left at your address detailing how to have your item redelivered or picked up from a local mail depot. Items returned to us due to failed redelivery will not be eligible for postal refunds.

As per the Royal Mail guidelines on lost or delayed packages, we cannot accept a claim for loss on your item using a domestic service unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (or 10 working days for Special Delivery items). For International items, we cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items posted Worldwide) have passed since the item was posted. Again, it is a condition of sale that you have read and fully understood this prior to purchase.

Please note, we aim to dispatch all of our orders within hours of receiving your order, and no later than one working day. We treat our customers in a way we would like to be treated; fast, efficient, no fuss. If you experience a problem with delivery or payment please contact us.

All purchases from 'ThirtySixStore' are protected under the UK's 'Distance Buying Regulations'. If you change your mind over a purchase we are happy to accept items back during our 14 day returns window. This window starts from the day your item is received at your address or picked up from a redelivery depot. We can only accept items back for a full refund of the purchase price if all tags remain attached and the item remains in the original resaleable condition in which it was received. Refunds will not include any postage originally paid - they will be for the purchase price of the item only.

Please allow us up to 7 working days for us to process your refund once we have received the item back (though typically your refund will be processed within 24 hours). You will be refunded using the method you used to pay for the item. Our returns team hand-check every item on arrival - any disputes over condition will be raised immediately.

We will not cover the cost of you returning the item back to us and responsibility remains with the buyer until we have received the item. We recommend a secure service covering the full cost of the item for returns. Any items lost in the post on return will remain solely your responsibility. Please note, if sending back footwear please take extra care that the box is not damaged as this forms am important part of the items resale value.

Please contact us if you would like to return your item by first sending us a message requesting a 'Returns Number' via eBay - we will not accept back items without prior contact.

Unfortunately items received outside of the 14 day returns window will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Our 'Conditions of Sale' assume you have read and fully understood our 'Returns Policy' prior to buying an item. Our 'Returns Policy' is in accordance with both eBay and  the UK's 'Consumer Direct' trading regulations.
