Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 phone. This was my husbands phone that we no longer need. You get the instruction book, charger cable, stereo headset (never used) and the phone. It will charge up and it has been reset to factory settings.

Shipping Times
All items are mailed out within one business day (business day is Monday through Friday) from receiving your cleared payment. Items purchased and cleared payment on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. A tracking number is uploaded to eBay for every purchase.
Shipping
We offer calculated shipping from USPS. These are costs we cannot do anything about. Everything must be shipped and shipping must be paid for. We usually ship with the cheapest available service which will be parcel select, priority mail, or first class. International shipping will be provided by the eBay Shipping Center (when available). Insurance will be automatically added on items $150 or more. Any damage in shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt, and all packaging materials must be retained in the event that the carrier needs to inspect it. Photos of the damage should be sent through eBay Messages in order for us to initiate an insurance claim.
If our shipping seems like it’s a little more it’s because we take pride in spending the necessary time and using the sufficient materials in order to ensure your item always arrives unbroken.
Payment
Paypal only please. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction ending or best offer accepted. If paying with an e-check through Paypal the item will be shipped after notification that the e-check has cleared.
All vintage items are sold as "used" unless specifically stated as "mint". Items are sold "as is" and "with all faults". We are not experts on all listings, so we are not responsible for any defects or problems we haven't pointed out either in the description or in the listing's photos. We do strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so in the event that faults are found upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation.
Returns:
All returns accepted. You the buyer should contact me within 30 Days after receiving the item. Refund given as Money Back. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Additional return policy details: Money will be refunded for purchase price of item only. Only items that are not as described are returnable, they must be returned within 30 days and returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If you OPEN a sealed toy or Collectible, we CANNOT return for the FULL purchase amount, as this is NOT how we sent it out. If you open it and/or you or your kids PLAY with an item & break it, we are NOT responsible for your mishandling of an item. We are not responsible for any factory defect on a toy or collectible. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and eBay/PayPal fees. Please ask any questions before buying.
