Graham and Brown was started by two dear friends, Harold Graham and Henry Brown in 1946. With the severe shortage of paper following the War, Henry and Harold cleverly procured a large supply of surplus metallic paper, an eight-color surface printer and a new embossing machine, with which the two men began a wallpaper revolution. The public, desperate for things to help brighten up their homes following the hard years of war, snapped it up so fast Graham and Brown could barely meet demand. At the heart of Graham and Brown lies a solid respect for its employees, customers and environment, which owes much to Henry Brown’s personal approach to business. Henry ensured his workers were well looked after in times of trouble or illness. Over time, new ideas in wallpaper were introduced like washable vinyl wallcoverings, the now famous Superfresco brand of wallpaper which could be painted or washed, pre-pasted products, ‘batchless’ wallcoverings and ‘paste the wall’ technology. New associations were forged with designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen who was quickly followed by Linda Barker, hemingwaydesign, Julien MacDonald, Jans des Bouvrie and most recently Marcel Wanders. Today, Graham and Brown operates internationally with divisions in Great Britian, the United States, France, Holland, Russia, Canada, China, and Germany. Innovation of thought and action has seen the company drive the industry from the doldrums into growth, but when you’ve been around this long, you always take the long term view.

FACTORY OVERSTOCK ITEMS:
Items Bought From a Factory Outlet are New or New w/defects. Factory outlet items have a black lines going though the Tags or Label names. That ensure the items Can Not be returned to the stores. Factory outlet items can be a store return, Buyers remorse, Overstock, and have small imperfections. I inspect all of my merchandise before selling and try to list any negative impact.

PAYMENT:
I only accept Paypal. Payments need to be made within three days or a case will be opened up against you. If for some reason you need more time, please let me know. Please remember to message me with any questions or concerns. Just remember there may be a time difference between you and me (please give me at least a day) I have an iPhone, so I'm usually able to see my messages very quickly and I also try to answer them the same day.

SHIPPING:
I do not make money on shipping. Shipping Rates are by weight, and your location from me.
USPS make's their rates, not me. I am usually able to ship out same day if payments are made before 2:00pm eastern time. I always use tracking for my packages. I do recycle boxes and anything else I can get my hands on (Even USPS Priority Boxes) I do that, to keep shipping cost down and to do my part for the environment. If that's a problem please let me know ahead of time. I take pride in the way I ship all of my items. I use bubble-wrap, tissue paper, air pillows, packing peanuts, ect. Please see my other listings in my eBay store and add me too your Favorite list.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I only ship out priority mail due because of many packages being lost. You may also be charged a customs fee. It is your Responsibility and I will not reimburse fees. It is illegal to falsify customs declaration forms and to mark items as a gift in order to avoid custom fees. Please do not ask or I will report you to eBay. Please also be aware that it can take up to six weeks for your package to arrive, when shipping international.

RETURNS:
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. If I overlook something major I will refund money as soon as my item is returned, In its original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ask questions about the item. I can't remember every little detail. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR BYERS REMORSE THEIR IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE (Yes I said it twice) I do not pay for items to be shipped back to me. Even if the item was free shipping I will deduct the amount it cost to send it to you. Please feel free to ask as many questions, you feel necessary.

LEAVING FEEDBACK: Positive feedback is very important to me and I'm trying to run a successful business. Please don't give negative feedback everything can be worked out with communications. Please don't give negative feedback on shipping cost when I only charge actual shipping cost. Please don't give negative feedback on shipping time when I usually ship out the same day and have the tracking receipt from the postoffice to prove it... (and they hate when they have to give me that Extra proof) I have no control over the Postal Service, when the packages leave my hands.
