* If paying by PayPal eCheque, the payment must clear before we can dispatch your order

DELIVERY
*All orders will be dispatched the next day after payment is cleared (Mon-Fri).
*We ship from our UK warehouse, not overseas like many sellers.
*Every order is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery (next day delivery) upon request.
*Delivery typically takes 1 – 3 working days after dispatch
*Orders are securely and safely packaged.

RETURNS POLICY
* Item should be return (7 days) of receipt.
* The cost we paid for Posting and Packaging (P&P) will NOT be refunded.
* Any physical alterations or damages will be offered partial refund or will not be accepted.
* Everything included in the package should be returned and should be in its original resalable condition.
* If you would like to return the item you must send the item back at your own expense.
* To return the item, please consider the following:
> A copy of original invoice
> Please include the reason of return written on a piece of paper.
> Post in a properly packed padded envelope/box on special delivery.
> Email us the barcode/tracking number immediately after posting back.
