This beautiful frozen inspired tutu dress has been made using the hand tied method with two layers of tulle for an extra volume. 

The bodice is lined for extra coverage and comfort. Features an applique of Elsa  on the front with glitter snowflakes in turquoise and white. Finished with a turquoise glitter bow. 

The skirt has rhinestones and snowflakes scattered over it for extra sparkle. 

The straps are adjustable to fit.
