If for any reason you changed your mind about the product and would like to return it please let us know via eBay messaging. The following conditions apply:
(a) The goods have not been in your possession for more than 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods;
(b) Item is unused and packaging is intact;
(c) You notify via eBay that you wish to cancel your order.
For valid returns, an RMA is issued. Thereafter follow the instructions given. We will process a refund within a maximum of 7 days of receiving a return.
